Memory dramatically increased by 50% after posture & balance exercises

Proprioceptive activities dramatically increase working memory capacity. Such activities are: climbing trees, walking and crawling on a beam approximately 3 inches wide, moving while paying attention to posture, running barefoot, navigating over, under and around obstacles, as well as lifting and carrying awkwardly weighted objects. Participants were re-tested after the exercise to find that their working memory capacity had dramatically increased by 50 percent. The benefit of such exercise should be applied to both children and adults of all ages.
