Bess Women's was started in 1984 by Dr. Ludmila Bess.  She was one of the first female OBGYNs in the Beverly Hills area.  After nearly 20 years of practicing ObGyn in Odessa Ukraine, Dr. Ludmila Bess moved to New Orleans where she completed a residency in ObGyn at Tulane University.  Dr. Ludmila Bess is still very active and sees patients every day.
